How long does shipping to my country/region take?Depending on the distance between my country (Chile) and yours, that will determine how long it will take for your purchase to arrive. Nevertheless, the approximate delivery time ranges from 25 to 45 days since the package is sent, although it could be even shorter.

When will my package be shipped after making the purchase?All orders placed from Tuesday to Saturday will be shipped the following business Monday. Subsequently, orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be shipped on Fridays.

Will I have a tracking number to trace my order?Absolutely! Your tracking number will be sent to you within two business days after your purchase has been shipped, via email. I strongly recommend using an email address that you have full access to and check regularly for all purchases, as any relevant information about your package will be communicated through this medium.

If I don't check my email frequently, is there another way to receive information about my package on time?Of course, dear. If you prefer more instant communication, you can always message me with your name and order number via WhatsApp or Line for any inquiries related to your purchase. You will find both contacts at the bottom of your purchase confirmation email. Feel free to reach out and request your tracking number through whichever means suits you best.

If I'm not available to receive my package on the designated day, what will happen to my purchase?When a package cannot be delivered to an address for any reason, postal services will hold the package at their offices for approximately 14 consecutive days. If this occurs, you will receive a maximum of 3 notices (on non-consecutive days) so you can contact your postal service and arrange for redelivery or package pickup at a branch within the 14 days period.

What happens if I don't pick up my package within the 14 days that the postal service holds it due to delivery impossibility?After being held by the postal service for 14 days, the package will be returned to my country. At this point, if you still wish to receive your purchase, you will need to wait for the package to be delivered to me (which can take 1 to 1.5 months depending on the distance between our countries) and then you will need to pay for a new shipment.

If my package is returned to the sender due to non-pickup/unable delivery, can I request a refund?Refunds can be issued as long as they are requested before the original shipping date, i.e., before it is sent back to Chile. Once the package is sent, it is understood that the entire purchase process has been completed, including product manufacturing, packaging, and shipping costs, so no refunds will be made at this point, considering the expenses incurred. That's why I always ask everyone to keep an eye on their email inboxes or message me from an active WhatsApp/Line number, so they can promptly see the pickup or postal service retention notices and avoid potential inconveniences and problems.
